All services, communication or education provided by Elaine Geni or Balanced and Badass Reiki, Pranic Healing and Hypnosis do not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice. They’re not to be substituted for professional advice and/or care. I, Elaine Geni do not claim to diagnose, prescribe treatment for, or cure any health condition. Services are subjected to recipients interpretation, choices or actions based on communication or content thereof are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Elaine Geni makes no guarantees, express or implied with respect to accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the services provided. The undersigned hereby releases and discharges Elaine Geni from any and all liability to any person or entity for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential) caused in relation to any information and/or any suggestion, or advice provided, readings, products, or services whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
Expectations and Responsibilities
As your Reiki Master; Hypnotherapist and Hypnotist, Intuitive and coach my role is to:
1. Come to each session prepared.
2. Give my full and undivided attention in each session.
3. Stretch you outside your comfort zone into new areas and support you as you do so.
4. Provide you with resources and knowledge for your blockages.
5. Provide a safe space where you can express yourself and be heard.
6. Challenge you to create the life of your dreams
7. Offer support, encouragement, feedback, and guidance throughout the program.
As the client, your role is to:
1. Show up with 100% focus and no distraction.
2. Provide payment for the program on time.
3. Do the work.
4. Be open to new ideas.
5. Be willing to grow and stretch.
6. Make the program a priority.
7. Be prepared and make time to do the work required of you.
8. Trust the process.
9. Take responsibility for your outcome in the program.
10. Ask any questions as they arise.
11. Be open and transparent.
Email Support and Feedback
Being accessible and attentive to my clients is a priority. If you need to reach me between sessions, please contact me at any time via email elaine.balancedandbadass@gmail.com or via text at 306-539-8625. You can expect a response from me within 4 hours or sooner but please note that there may be the odd time it is 12. During the weekends, I am mostly available but there may be the odd time
that it takes me a bit.
Scheduled Hypnotherapy and Reiki Healing Sessions
Balanced and Badass values your business and asks you to respect the cancellation policy in return. We require that you give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations/ reschedules.
Investment and Payment
Full payment is due by the date on the invoice or as per payment schedule outlined.
You agree that you are financially willing and able to invest in this program by choice, and by doing so, you are not in any way incurring any economic hardship.
Confidentiality
All information exchanged during the program will be kept strictly confidential. I will not disclose confidential information that you share with me during the program to anyone else without reason to know such information, unless required by law,
ethics, or upon written authorization by you.
Intellectual Property Rights
Elaine Geni and Balanced and Badass retains all ownership rights to the materials provided during your participation in the sessions or program. The copyrighted and original materials you are provided for your individual use only and with a single- user license. You are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from me electronically or otherwise without my prior consent.
All intellectual property, including the copyrighted program materials, shall remain the sole property of Elaine Geni, and no license to sell or distribute my materials is granted or implied. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial or personal purposes, any portion of the program, including any of the program materials.
Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your well-being and all decisions made before, during and after your program. I have used care in preparing the information provided to you, but all of my information, programs and services are made available to you as marketing and business tools for your own personal use and for informational and educational purposes only. You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results and expressly assume the risks of the program for your use, or non-use of the information provided to you. You also understand that you are expressly assuming all of the risks of the program, whether or not such risks were created or exacerbated by the program.
Refund Policy
All session packages and contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on any services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your program. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door.
It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.
Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your program.
If Elaine terminates the agreement, any outstanding payment for services that already have been provided to date will be due immediately.
YOUR AGREEMENT
I understand that the services provided by Balanced and Badass Reiki, Pranic Healing and Hypnosis are not medical procedures rather they are stress reduction and relaxation techniques. I acknowledge that sessions administered are only for the purpose of helping me relax and to relieve stress. Elaine will not and does not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician, or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment or condition I may have. I also understand the body has the ability to heal itself, and to do so complete relaxation is often beneficial. Long-term imbalances in the body require multiple sessions to allow the body to reach the level of relaxation necessary to bring the system back into balance. I understand and believe that self improvement requires commitment on my part, and that I must be willing to change in a positive way if I am to receive the full benefit of Reiki, Pranic Healing or Hypnosis Sessions. I acknowledge my commitment to my self-improvement process. I recognize that a Reiki session program must be followed to be truly effective, just as prescribed medication is only effective if taken as directed.
