How do you know when it's time to book a session?
You’re feeling “off”
You may not be able to put your finger on it, but something just doesn’t feel right. You may have heaviness in your chest, a tight throat, persistent negative thoughts, or other physical/emotional/mental ailments.
Physical ailments are a great indicator that something needs a reset. Issues with hips, lower back, and shoulders are all good indicators that energy needs to move.
You’re disassociating or feeling drained
Maybe you’ve been around energy vampires lately who are sucking your good vibes, or you’ve been absorbing negative energy from the people around you and it’s starting to affect you in your own life.

Client Onboarding
I always begin each new client session with an intake form which covers some basic health information. This helps me to start forming an idea of where you could be holding stuck stagnant energy or an imbalance of energy.

Goals
Once you complete the intake form, we’ll discuss a bit of “what brings you in”.

This is an opportunity for your to share as little or as much information as you like. Energy doesn’t lie, so regardless, I will find blockages once we begin working.

The Session
After getting to know your goals, concerns, or other reasons for coming in for a session, it’s time to get you settled on the treatment table and begin! Oh, and our treatment table is heated to give you that extra cozy experience!

Once you are settled, I’ll explain how I perform my healing sessions.

Post-Session
After our session, we will talk about your experience. I may even assign you “homework” to further support you after you leave the centre!

Pranic Healing is a science and art that utilizes prana, ki or vital energy to accelerate the natural healing power.

Perhaps you live in another province, city, or just want to receive from the comfort of your own home… or you know COVID-19 and you are socially distancing but still want to experience the healing benefits that Reiki has to offer.
I will connect with you via telephone or Zoom (your preference) to perform the energy healing and connect with you about where you are holding stagnant energy and clear and balance all of your chakra centers so that you can feel balanced, aligned and less stress (oh did I mention you’ll probably have the best sleep!

Not only do these provide you with answers and next steps, but they often show you with what's blocking you in achieving your desires.
In these card spreads, I send you a video outlining your cards, explaining them and providing you with intuitive guidance to support you based on the question asked.

What is Reiki?
a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Japanese word meaning literally ‘universal life energy’. Is a holistic system for balancing healing and harmonizing all aspects of the person - body, mind, emotions and spirit. It can also be used to promote spiritual awareness and growth.
What is Attunement?
Think of attunement as a transfer. During this process, the reiki master opens the crown, heart, and palm chakras to create a connect between the student and energy source.
The reiki master channels the energies into the student. this process is an intense spiritual experience, and each person experiences it differently.
Once the process is complete, the student will possess reiki for life. Attunement is performed at each new level of reiki practitioner training.
How do I Know if Reiki is right for me?
Reiki is for you if you are ready to feel calm, centered and confident in your day to day activities and understand your purpose and reclaim the woman or man that you are (not just the label) but really bring your badass self to the table.
